Bishop Norman led a Procession through the streets of King's Lynn, from All Saints South Lynn culminating in a visit to The Chapel of St Mary on the Mount, known as Red Mount Chapel, because of the colour of the brickwork. Built in 1483 on the line of the town's defences, it was used by pilgrims travelling to The Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham. The procession ended with Benediction at Our Lady of the Annunciation and Holy Family Roman Catholic church, King's Lynn.
